I'm Tapley King, the 9th and 12th grade General Resource teacher here at the Hill! I am a proud graduate of Clemson University! The last seven years of my life have been spent at Baptist Hill Middle High School where I have taught general resource grades 6th -12th.
The purpose and focus of my General Resource class is to provide students with the support they need in order to be successful in their general education courses. My goal is to increase my students' reading comprehension, mathematics, writing, and transition skills through the use of eSolutions, Essentials for Algebra, and Skill Streaming for Adolescents.
I have high expectations for my students each day! Each student should arrive to class on time, prepared with all necessary supplies, and with an attitude conducive to learning (ready to participate and pay attention). The students are expected to comply with all Charleston County School District and Baptist Hill Middle High School policies and procedures.
